  • Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty.   • UNITED presbyterian women

    United Presbyterian Women (UPW) is an independent organization within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) of more than 300,000 women. The programming and resource options for the organization offer a variety of ways for women to live out their faith in an inclusive, caring community.  Click here for more information about the important ministries of the SIPC UPW.

  • Housed by Shelter Island Presbyterian Church and run by islanders Al & Tippy Bevan, the Shelter Island Food Pantry provides free food to those in need and is open year-round.  Open 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. on weekdays.  Click here for more info.

    Maureen's Haven partners with Houses of Worship throughout the East End to ensure that the homeless are sheltered during the coldest months of the year. This massive volunteer effort has saved and enhanced hundreds of lives.
